Delivery

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
International Shipping: 7-14 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns and Exchanges
At Nu Lingerie, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items under the following conditions:

Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Condition: All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Security Sticker: For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns or exchanges for lower garments (e.g., panties) if the security sticker is still intact.
How to Return or Exchange:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@nulingerie.com.co within 30 days of your purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package: Place the items you wish to return or exchange in the original packaging along with the original invoice.
Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping method to send your return to our address at Manoteras 10, Madrid
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the new size or color you desire in your return email.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
